Management of Arrears

At Active Property Management, we take a proactive approach to rent arrears to ensure fairness and compliance with tenancy regulations. If a tenant’s rent payment does not go through, they are immediately issued with an Arrears Notice, providing an opportunity to rectify the situation.

Failure to resolve the arrears may result in further action, including initiating the eviction process through the Tenancy Tribunal. Our goal is to handle arrears professionally and transparently, ensuring all parties understand their rights and responsibilities.
