Property Inspection & Maintenance


Ingoing inspections:

Held before the tenant moves in. Photos are taken and all marks, blemishes and damage are noted.

3 monthly inspections:

Held every three months. Tenant is given 2 weeks’ notice of the upcoming inspection. We check the condition of interior and exterior against previous inspection and note new damage, if any. Photos are taken of any new damage. Any maintenance that is required will be noted and photos taken to support the maintenance request.

Outgoing inspection:

Held before tenant vacates the property. We check the condition against the previous inspection report. If any damage is done, we will arrange for a quote to repair as this will be deducted from the tenant’s bond repayment.


 Inspection reports are sent to the owner via e-mail. Any maintenance required will be pointed out in the report.
